Cute authentic Cuban Sandwich Shop in little Havana! I visited this place with my fiancé on a Saturday afternoon and it seems to be very popular. There was a wait at the door just to get inside of the shop.
When it was our turn we were warmly welcomed by Rosa. She is one of the owners and walked us through the menu and helped us to place our order. This is the type of customer service that makes you feel you are at home.
We ordered the Croqueta Preparada Sandwich, Pan con Bistec Sandwich, and both were delicious. We also had The Cuban Nachos which are truly special. To drink we asked for La Rosita Iced Coffee, Mamey Shake and they taste like they were made at home. Everything is made from scratch and you can notice it in the quality of the food.
Their background music was nice, subtle, and soft which made us feel like we were in Havana, Cuba. We had such a great time! The vibe, the decor, the food, the entire restaurant makes your visit worthwhile. It was such an amazing experience!
Also, if you are like me and care about details, the entire restaurant has an at-home kitchen feel, and also the bathrooms were on point. You can tell that they take care of every part of their small shop.
It is a must-go and must-try! My fiancé and I recommend this place and we will surely be back soon.
